What happens if my business information changes?
Your management fee includes a quota of Intelligence Refreshes — batch updates to your knowledge base covering revised pricing, new products, updated policies, or any change to your Source Truth. You request them; we execute them. Quotas apply across all deployed agents on your plan. If your operational tempo exceeds your included quota, additional refreshes are available at our standard Boutique rate.
